1.Acceptance of Terms
By using MahraCare Pharmacy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
2.Prescription Medicines
Prescription-only medicines are dispensed strictly after a valid prescription is reviewed and approved by a licensed pharmacist. We may decline or seek clarification on any order for safety reasons.
3.Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in PKR and may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
4.Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. While we aim for same-day and emergency delivery, factors outside our control may cause delays.
5.Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit fraudulent prescriptions, or attempt to obtain medicines unlawfully.
6.Liability
MahraCare provides services with professional care but is not liable for outcomes resulting from misuse of medicines or inaccurate information provided by the user.
